Change Your Habits, Change Your Life
Presented by Lauren Anderson from Go365 in two parts. The first part of the presentation’s objectives will help attendees:
• Understand the psychology of behavior change
• Identify strategies to stay on track and manage “slips”
• Identify incremental changes and strategies for goal setting
The second part takes a deeper dive into the CSEBA sponsored wellness program, Go365, that is available to all CSEBA medical members. Veteran and new members of Go365 will find tips and tricks to get the best utilization of the programs and learn industry secrets to earn the most points that will help achieve health goals

A Healthier You: How Mental Health Affects Physical Health
There is more and more growing evidence of the connection between our mental health and our physical health. How can we be more focused on the areas that can impact across mind and body? Recent wellness studies show the interconnection between fitness, nutrition and mental health. Examples include emotional under or overeating, depression following a medical diagnosis, how exercise can improve mood, etc. Learn to be empowered to make better choices for a healthier you…even during times of stress! This workshop takes a look at your health– from the inside out, by exploring the connection between mental and physical health.

Home Office Ergonomics
What it is: With HealthAdvocate EAP, you can connect with a licensed counselor 24/7 via text, phone, chat and video to discuss stress, anxiety, family issues, financial challenges, substance abuse and more.
Available to: Members taking part in CSEBA medical plans as well as their spouse, dependent children up to age 26, parents, and parents-in-law, with no extra charge.

Both Blue Shield California and Kaiser Permanente plan options offer robust mental health services that are outlined in the CSEBA Mental Health Resources guide.
Along with many other resources, Blue Shield members have access to Teladoc’s national network of U.S. board certified physicians, as well as licensed therapists, psychiatrists and mental health professionals. Kaiser Permanente members have access to the Calm mediation app as well as myStrength, a personalized program that helps individuals improve awareness and change behaviors.
