The Property and Liability Programs are the foundation of California Schools JPA Risk Management services to its members. We offer comprehensive direct and third party coverage.
Property Program
The California Schools JPA Property Program protects members from the risk of direct physical loss or damage to Property, Boiler and Machinery and computer equipment losses, also known as Electronic Data Processing (EDP) equipment. Builder’s Risk, as related to construction, modernization, alteration, renovation or repair, is included too.
Liability Program
The California Schools JPA Liability Program provides defense and indemnification for third party claims for damages arising out of bodily injury or property damage.
Our Program Includes
The program also includes a reimbursement benefit for the summoning of emergency assistance (911 Calls) and some medical treatment costs arising from student accidents. Below are summaries of these unique coverages
