About
Property Program
The California Schools JPA Property Program protects members from the risk of direct physical loss or damage to Property, Boiler and Machinery and computer equipment losses, also known as Electronic Data Processing (EDP) equipment. Builder’s Risk, as related to construction, modernization, alteration, renovation or repair, is included too.
Liability Program
The California Schools JPA Liability Program provides defense and indemnification for third party claims for damages arising out of bodily injury or property damage.
