Individuals from our member districts deserve control when decisions are being made that involve employee benefits and risk management solutions that affect their daily lives. That’s one reason labor and management representatives are such an important part of the leadership (Board of Directors) that makes California Schools JPA unique.
The Board of Directors for CSEBA and CSRM from California Schools JPA are comprised of representatives from each member district—providing each member with equal voice and equal vote in governance.
